Title:
  VM doesn't boot after installation until an input event is received

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Automated tests of preseeded installation are failing in UTAH. The VMs
  does not reboot unless a key is pressed. It started failing on
  2017-06-20 which matches with the release of the gnome session by
  default.

  Only preseeded installation of desktop images are affected
  preseeded installation of server image and ubiquity tests are working fine.
