You can reset the credentials by removing the file
"/home/dima/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
(The credentials file doesn't exist, so nothing to remove.)

Regression: audio stopped working after upgrade to 13.10

Bug description:
After the upgrade, sound stopped working for me. The volume would
always be set to 100% after booting, though I couldn't hear anything.
I went to the audio settings, and discovered that the hardware profile
was set to "Digital Stereo (HDMI) Output". Changing it to "Analog
Stereo Output" fixed the problem.
