I can update system using a terminal. And I already have done so.

The issue is that the package called Software as presented gives the
idea that it was going to update the system. This failed to happen and
no indication is given as to why. In fact the Software program displays
it was 50% complete and still working. Although after a while it became
obvious it was hung.

How would you like for this bug to proceed?
