Title:
  Realtek rtl8188ee unstable with 17.04

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
My wifi is incredibly unstable. It works fine for 3 minutes and then
it just hangs until I restart the connection by typing "sudo service
  network-manager restart" in the terminal.

I've tried all the updated drivers I could find including Freedom
Ben's but the connection always seems to drop out intermittently. I've
noticed that the problem is exacerbated when I'm trying to load large
  images/videos.
