Public bug reported:

There are a few stressors where the default limits are unnecessarily
hard coded which imposes some limits when running on large or small
systems:

--pty - hard coded number of ptys
--chdir - hard coded maximum number of directories to chdir to
--memfd - hard coded maximum number of memfd's to create
--dir - hard coded maximum number of directories to create

These limits are causing issues for some users, especially when we can
crank up the resource usage on larger machines.

We need:

--ptr-max - user defiled max number of ptys to create
--chdir-dirs - number of directories to chdir to
--memfd-fds - number of memfd file descriptors to create
--dir-dirs - number of directories to create
