Bug description:
Installing Ubuntu on an Aspire 7250 looks good. But after power off
the machine and restart it on battery only the screen freeze
completely.
Switching off the machine and restart with plugged power remain still
the same issue. Machine freeze again and it is not on battery!
WORKAROUND: sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
and add:
blacklist ath9k
save this and then run:
sudo update-initramfs -u -k all
and reboot
WORKAROUND: set "Boot from LAN" to first in the BIOS.
