But if not already present, please consider the following: Please enable CONFIG_DRM_I915_GVT and CONFIG_DRM_I915_GVT_KVMGT in ".config", which depends on CONFIG_VFIO_MDEV and CONFIG_VFIO_MDEV_DEVICE. Enabling the above should allow using Intel's KVMGT (iGVT-g for KVM) without need for compiling a custom kernel. More information regarding Intel's KVMGT (iGVT-g for KVM) can be found here: https://github.com/01org/gvt-linux/wiki/GVTg_Setup_Guide#32-build-kernel And here: https://01.org/sites/default/files/documentation/gvt_flyer_final.pdf To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1674271/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
