8260 rev 2a has this issue, but it's a QS sample, we probably don't need
to handle it.
8260 rev 3a does not have this issue, works correctly with the original
firmware file.

Bug description:
Intel 8260 BT module can't pair to BT 4.0 keyboard or mouse. There's
already a new firmware to fix this issue and has passed our test:
