That commit is already present in zesty. Does it need to be updated in
previous releases as well?

hfi1_platform.dat is in upstream linux-firmware, so it's also in zesty's
linux-firmware package. So we should remove it from our package? Why
include it in linux-firmware if distros shouldn't be shipping the file?
