Bug description:
Resuming does not work* if the notebook hasn't been rebooted since
it's been turned on. This is 100% reproducible. If I just boot it,
suspend it and try to resume it doesn't wake up*, if I reboot in
between, it works like a charm.
* Black, unlit screen, caps-lock not responding, no blinking keyboard
status lights, magic sys-rq keys not responding, no log information
since suspend written to disk.
