Bug description:
The laptop Clevo P650RS has a Synaptics touchpad but it is not
detected by the kernel 4.8.0-27 on Ubuntu 16.10. There is no entry in
/proc/bus/input/devices matching it. I installed Windows to check if
it works at all, and it does. Windows identifies it as ACPI/SYN1219.
