Public bug reported:

The Infiniband driver (kernel module) needed for Azure A8/A9, H-series,
and NC24/NV24 instances is different than the typical upstream
Infiniband driver. Also, the WALA agent must be customized to ensure
that the host driver for IB and the guest driver for IB match.
