[Asus K40AB] Resume from suspend to blank screen

Bug description:
After suspend to RAM, while resume I receive black screen, and high-speed
fans. Nothing works, system seems to be stacked, Ctrl+Alt+F2 doesn't work, no
reaction for Caps/Scroll lock. Only "magic keys" works, or hard shutdown
holding "Power" button. I use notebook Asus K40AB with 2 ATi videocards:
integrated 3200 and discrete 4570. Bugs only appears when PowerXpress is on.
Using 3200 videocard for work (it's running X) and 4570 for some 3d (using
DRI_PRIME). Setting OFF or ON at /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch doesn't
make any changes. Ubuntu 12.10 with xorg-edgers/ppa (for xserver-xorg 1.13).
Tried to use pf-kernel 3.6.7 and 3.6.8, but still have the problem. I think
the problem is in GPU init, because without PowerXpress everything is fine.
WORKAROUND: Turn off PowerXpress and set dGPU.
