Bug description:
After Updating to Xenail, the touch screen does not recognize finger
touch as input, stylus and eraser are still recognized.
This bug affects the Wacom Serial Penabled 2FG Touchscreen, which is
built into the HP EliteBook 2760p and the Lenovo Thinkpad X201. It is
already reported for other linux distributions.

xsetwacom lists the devices:

a downgrade to Package: linux-image-4.2.0-42-generic 4.2.0-42.49 (from wily)
brings back the finger touch. xsetwacom lists the available devices slightly
different:
