Similar to Bug #1586195.
Realtek 8153-based ethernet adapter doesn't work. No entry for the
adapter appears in ifconfig.
Adding "0bda:8152" to tlp blacklist（/etc/default/tlp) or triggering
usb_modeswitch (by ejecting /dev/sr0) does not work either.
