Confirmed this now directly references the most recent lts image. We no longer attempt to run the lxd-images.

I'm using lxd 2.0.1-0ubuntu1~16 amd64 ubuntu-fan is 0.9.0 === [Impact] LXC has changed how images are fetched. Preventing testing of a new install. [Test Case] Setup the default fan overlay/underlay and request LXC testing. [Regression Potential] Low, this is only used during initial setup.
