Hi Christopher, Quite honestly, it's been a bit since I used this computer, which is the only one I use with Linux. That is only a function of convenience as I have an old windows based desktop that meets my general needs. I was prompted by your email to switch machines, and shortly after booting I received a message asking if I wanted to update my programs, which I did. Since then I have been using Ubuntu and haven't experienced any problems, so i can't respond to you with an example and can only assume that it has been resolved. I'll persist and if it happens again, I'll send you a picture. If the problem doesn't reappear by the end of the month, I'll change the status to resolved and send you an email to let you know. Thanks for your help. Jonathan
