Hotplugging Dell's WD15 Thunderbolt cause a system panic with regular kernel 4.4.0-28. Using http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel- ppa/mainline/v4.6.3-yakkety/ kernel. WD15 works if it is connected to laptop during boot time.
