The following settings helped: xHCI handoff - Disabled (was Enabled) EHCI handoff - Disabled IOMMU controller - Enabled (was Disabled) Installation of Ubuntu Studio 16.04 successfully finished (USB devices were recognized and LAN was also working). @Joseph Salisbury As soon as I have fixed my RAID issues (no disks are recognized on the Marvel SATA controller - internal AMD controllers are fine) I will try to test that new mainline kernel.
