Is there any further information on this bug? I am using an HP Pavilion 15, with RT8723be, on Ubuntu 14.04/ 3.19. I'm having the same issue as this bu (and previous #1320070), and am hesitant about following some of the suggestions as posters tend to report that they do not work, blacklist the card, etc. The wifi works for about 30 minutes, must reboot to regain connection, and speed ridiculously slow.
