Impact: Some laptops using Intel Sandybridge i915 will affect one white
line when resume from S3 suspend.
this is a critical bug for some of our OEM's

upstream
Summary:
One white line flashes when opening the lid to resume from suspend
Steps:
1. Log into desktop
2. Close the lid to enter suspend
3. Put laptop there for some time and open the lid
Expected results:
System resumes to GUI login screen
Actual results:
There is black screen with one white line flashes before GUI login screen
