Bug description:
There are 2 bugs:
bug 1:
Installation of Ubuntu 16.04 fails to install and properly setup wifi on this
laptop. I had to do the following to get this to work:
1) Plug in ethernet cable to ethernet port and turn on ethernet interface
2) Issue command sudo apt-get update
3) issue command apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source
Until that was done the wifi switch on the laptop stayed orange (it is
not a mechanical contact switch it is a touch switch)

Once it is running and working the light on the wifi goes blue - however,
touching the switch once turns off wifi and makes the light go orange -
touching the switch again makes it go blue again - but wifi does not turn back
on.
