In particular, the following stop functioning: - An external usb wireless mouse (with dedicated receiver, logitech) (receiver still shows up in lsusb) - All network cards (wired and wireless) built into the laptop - Screen brightness control Possible that more is not functioning, as it is disfunctional to the point that I'm not actively using it currently (falling back on 3.13.0-79) ubuntu-bug produces something, but as it needs internet i cannot use that to report the bug, attached is a tar file containg the output files of: cat /proc/version_signature > version.log sudo lspci -vnvn > lspci-vnvn.log as produced when running 3.13.0-83 the lspci command also produces an error: pcilib: sysfs_read_vpd: read failed: Connection timed out Happy to help with extra information if needed.
