Bug description:
Installing update packages, system reboot due to power failure.
Reboot, run update manager and it tell to run 'sudo apt-get install
-f' to fix some problems, and that command tells to run 'sudo dpkg
--configure -a' to fix some further problems. And then this bug
happens.
