We won't be able to redistribute the firmware without an appropriate
license, and I haven't been able to turn up any such license from the
resources you mentioned. Have you come across any firmware for this
hardware which includes a license that permits redistribution?

Title:
Bluetooth firmware for dell xps 13

Status in linux-firmware package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Install 16.04 current on dell xps 13
  2. Try connecting a bluetooth device.

  EXPECTED:
I expect devices to just connect

  ACTUAL:
I had to follow a guide here
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dell_XPS_13_(2015) to enable the firmware
however it looks like the dell driver pack may include a .deb file for it.
From Dell xps13_A08.fish.tar.gz contains a bluetooth firmware patch too by the
look of things.
