On kernel 3.19.0-30-generic #34-Ubuntu SMP I am still experiencing this, or
similar.
The exact description is this: sometimes it can suspend but if it wakes up, the
next suspend is again the
"immediate wake up" state again.

Whenever I put to suspend my macbook air, ubuntu 15.04 wakes up in a few
seconds.
I've found no way to avoid this.
