anyway I tried : ubuntu-bug linux But it is says: " The problem cannot be reported: This is not an official Ubuntu package. Please remove any third party package and try again."

After installation I was using an external monitor screen connected to the laptop through the HDMI laptop's output. Everything worked fine until the Ubuntu's Software Updater showed me some pending updates. I've made the updates and the next time i restarted the laptop, there was no way to detect the external screen. After googling a lot about this, i couldn't find a solution to my problem.
