1. Install 14.04.3 + update (3.19.0-28)
2. Poweroff the system
Expected result:
* System will be powered off
Actual result:
* System will hang during the poweroff process, the last line of information is
"System will now halt", but it won't be turned of, you will have to hold to
power button to turn it off.
