I get the following error when installing the utopic HWE:

Error! Could not locate dkms.conf file.
File: does not exist.

Consult /var/lib/dkms/bcmwl/6.30.223.141+bdcom/build/make.log for more
information.
enclosed is the actual make.log that shows the error.
Looks like bcmwl needs to be updated for trusty to allow utopic HWE to
be installed correctly
