Steps to reproduce this bug:
scenario A:
connected external HDMI --> settings --> display --> try different display
mode --> built-in screen will be black but alt+b+prntScr works. (external
monitor still works)
scenario B:
system power on --> try to boot desktop --> could not boot to desktop ,
built-in screen will be black but alt+b+prntScr works.
