Pericom PCIe Serial Card [12d8:7952] doesn't work.
Still in progress of upstreaming the fix to mainline.

Fix: from vendor, upstreamed by Adam, accepted by Greg's tty-next by now.
Testcase: already tested on a dell laptop, it works.
