Public bug reported: Today when I tried to install ubuntu-14.04.2-desktop-i386 using a bootable USB(using Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.6.0), then after showing me initial 4 steps system started rebooting. Any further attempts in installing it resulted in the same bug.
