ok, tested with the 4.0 kernel and it didn't crash... but as fglrx can't run on this config, i had to switch to radeon/mesa config returning to the 3.13.0-49-generic kernel, with also the radeon driver i also don't have any crash.
So the problem is with the fglrx driver .
