Today I grabbed the 15.04 server daily from 4/16. I installed linux- virtual, linux-tools-virtual, and linux-cloud-tools-virtual and after booting verified that hid_hyperv and hyperv_fb were present. I will update the documentation on TechNet to ensure users know to install these packages on new VMs. I am assuming that user of the certified image on Azure will not require this manual step because they are not going to grab the ISO to install a VM.
