Hello Brian, or anyone else affected, Accepted dkms into utopic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dkms/2.2.0.3-1.1ubuntu5.14.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
