Yes, the v4.0-rc3 kernel. That will tell us if this is already fixed in the Mainline kernel. If it is, we can identify the fix and cherry-pick or backport it in to prior stable releases.

In 3.13.0-46 dmsg shows messages when the soundbar is pluged in and unpluged. However it is not listed by alsa or pulseaudio.
