Hi Christopher, I don't think a backport of this only fix is easy, unless you know exactly where it has been fixed, do you mean to backport the whole kernel 3.11 in some ppa?
I'm just wondering about what do you mean, for me is ok to leave with this bug, I don't want to make overhead for your work, I'm just interested on how does it work the kernel backport :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/591228 Title: acer aspire 6930G the "bluetooth toggle" button increases brightness instead Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Binary package hint: acpi according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/Old/AcerAspire6930G I tested the bluetooth toggle button and I could say that increase the brightness instead.
