An update Mine is now using Nvidia'a 319.49 driver and suspends and resumes normally if I actually select suspend form the menu. If I just close the lid it suspends but resumes to a grey screen or sometimes to a completely unusable desktop. Nothing is clickable but the pointer can be moved.
