So what happened? With several programms open I tried to start the softwarecenter. The screen froze, I was able to use ctrl alt F2. using ctrl alt7 I got a black screen with mouse. only solution was to use ctrl alt Bckspace to re-log into my account. it happend arroun 15:27. but no apport crash popup appeared. the only thing I could find arround that time in the logs, was Apr 9 14:25:59 Hassink1304 kernel: [13034.000097] type=1400 audit(1365510359.362:71): apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" parent=1 profile="/usr/bin/evince" name="/proc/sys/vm/overcommit_memory" pid=6141 comm="evince" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=1000 ouid=0 This happened the day before as well, also while using evince. But since I'm using that program a lot, it might be a coincidence during the reporting procedure of this bug the same happened again, not with evince closed it said compiz crash.... "Excuses, het programma "compiz" werd onverwachts afgesloten Uw computer heeft onvoldoende vrij werkgeheugen om het probleem automatisch te analyseren en een rapport naar de ontwikkelaars te sturen." so too little memory to work the error report?
