So i have done more digging and it seems this is my issue: http://old.nabble.com/MIT-Kerberos-5-v1.9.1-krb5_set_password_using_ccache%28%29-fails-with-Windows-2003-R2-td32811324.html I havnt got my head around git yet so would updating to 1.10 fix this issue or is it not in the main trunk yet? My wireshark dump showed the TSG-REP responeded with a TGT for the same realm.
