Hi,
I have configured KDC, application server, client as given in the
manual and i have created principal [email protected]
but when i run rlogin and telnet i am getting following error.
1. When i run *rlogin *i am getting following error(Uncommented rlogind
in /etc/inetd.conf on both application server and client):
*[r...@free4 vinaykumar]# rlogin [email protected]
error getting credentials: Server not found in Kerberos database
trying normal rlogin (/usr/bin/rlogin)
[email protected]: Connection refused
*2. When i run *telnet *i am getting follwing error(Uncommented telnetd
in /etc/inetd.conf on both application server and client):
* [r...@free4 vinaykumar]# telnet -a -f -x [email protected]
Trying 172.16.10.211...
Connected to [email protected] (172.16.10.211).

Waiting for encryption to be negotiated...
Encryption could not be enabled. Good-bye.
