Windows 2000: stored by the LSA (I think)
Solaris: stored in "ccache"
MIT: stored in "ccache"
Heimdal: stored in "ccache"
CyberSafe: ?

the KRB5CCNAME environment variable. Ccaches are usually stored in /tmp
as binary files.
