The lifetime is set to 1 hour. But it seems that the IP stays reservered (on mac) as I see in the logging that the IP cannot be assigned due to conflict. Note that the previous device on that port was disconnected more than 1 hour ago (as in a day or maybe more)
That is why I was wondering if it could be force (other then a api call) Reading all the reply's I think it is not possible.
