New Kea user here. I'm configuring a POC currently on Ubuntu 22.04 and used apt 
to install the Kea package. I've got my configuration in place and discovered 
that none of the hooks were installed with the apt install. What is the best 
way to install the hooks? The hook that I'm specifically looking for is the 
High Availability hook.
