thanks.  i can't control what the client is sending.  in this case, i
believe DHCPNAK would be the correct response - but in that case, is it
possible for the server to include option 108 at all?

i tried adding "interface": "ix0.301" to the subnet4 declaration but it
has made no difference: Kea still does not respond to DHCPv4 requests.
