When any message has a URL and it is clicked on, kmail does not honor the
settings for the default component web browser. It always uses konqueror.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Settings, change default Web Browser app to google-chrome
2. Open email with a URL link
3. Click on link.
Actual Results:
Konqueror starts and views the URL.
Expected Results:
URL should be handled by google-chrome.
