It is about a version of KMail which uses Nepomuk and is unmaintained. Thus closing. If you still see this issue with KDEPIM 4.14 + latest Akonadi 1.13 you can get, please open a new bug report. Please note that KDEPIM and Akonadi 15.08 already contains some more performance improvements and KDEPIM and Akonadi 15.12 contains even more massive performance improvements.
