It related to a version of KDEPIM that uses Nepomuk. It is no longer maintained. If you still see any synchronisation issues, please open one new bug report per different issue you are seeing. Please also research first whether similar bug reports are open against a current version. Ideally latest 15.08 if you can get it already, otherwise 4.14.latest.
