I imported several certificates, deleted some and now I have several "Imported
Certificates" tabs in the UI with none, one or two of the imported
certificates.

3. Import a certificate
Actual Results:
I have three "Imported Certificate" tabs
Expected Results:
Only one "imported certificates" tab with all imported certificates listed
