When starting kmail, it used to get mail on start up, it no longer does this.
It obeys the configured time interval and does its first "get" after this
delay.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start kmail2
2. wait until check time interval has elapsed
3. Mail is retrieved
Actual Results:
Nothing happens until you press "Check mail" or you wait for the time interval
to lapse before you get your emails
Expected Results:
Get emails on startup
This worked okay until i installed Plasma 5.3, i was using KDE4 before that.
